Low Carb Bars The low carb
protein bars listed below are some of the best ones I have
tried. These make excellent meal replacements if you are in
a hurry or find yourself in a situation where you have no low carb
options as to what you can eat. It's a good idea to keep a few of
these in your desk, car, purse or diaper bag.
Note though
that some individuals are rather sensitive to sugar alcohols and
glycerine/glycerol. In such individuals these types of foods (as
well as low carb chocolates and candy) can product slower weight
loss and/or carb cravings. The only way you can tell if you are
sensitive is to try one and see what happens. Some people like
myself can eat these daily and have no problems at all. So it's a
YYMV (Your Mileage May Vary) item. It's okay for some but not for
others. Hopefully you will find yourself among the lucky majority
of people who can enjoy these great snacks.
